Rebel camp eastern lie won't complete

I've finished all rebel camps. Got the final reward from (spoiler) arisa too, but it's still blue on my map. Everyone is dead, I've done all the bullet points it says in the quests tab. I'm lost

You are 100% sure you looted "leader"?

I remember HZD had this issue. Just needed to fast travel out of there and go back. Sometimes a rebel maybe stuck in a rock or a building

That is a "fix" for many similar things. Just make sure to travel outside the whole area

Yes. and even if i wanted to check all the bodies are gone :(

tried this too. restarted the game too. didnt change anything

To clarify: You say you completed all 6 Rebel Camps (not Outposts) including First Forge and got the Sun Scourge from Asera, but the icon for Eastern Lie stays blue? I ask because that does not make sense. You have to complete all five other Camps including Eastern Lie before First Forge opens up on the map. Your post is a little vague on which icon is still blue. In my first NG+ the First Forge icon stayed blue after defeating Asera and leaving the area. Subsequent travels did not change the icon color, so I assumed it was a graphical glitch that does not affect completion status. I did get the associated achievement as well.
