Machine Strike Stormbird piece

I look at all the guide for machine strike they all say get the Stormbird it is great. Maw of the arena is there location the guides say to purchase it but I go there and no vendor for strike pieces that I can see. I am missing something to unlock it or I just blind

I dont know details but you probably have to beat some level like intermediate to buy it

Get the slaughterspine piece. Strike is easy mode with that

Stormbird is a rare piece from the carver from the Maw of the Arena area IIRC. It is in the offshoot to the right of the arena door that leads the seating areas.

yes I went to that location and that vendor was not there, later I came back and that vendor was there
