Map not loading

I have been playing the game since release, it runs very smoothly but just now I had this problem where my Map wont load and it is stuck on loading indefinitely. I tried updating my PC, restarting and shutting off my PC, checking if my GPU is up to date but no luck.

I never had this problem before and suddenly I had this problem out of nowhere. I cant progress now since my map isnt showing up. Any advice how to fix this?

everything is running on ultra graphics.
V sync - on
GPU - Nvidia RTX 3080
CPU- AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
RAM- 32GB
OS - Windows 11
Available Disk space- 110GB

same with me 3060 12gb reinstalled drivers and rebooted several times but the map just never loads
