Anyone else having a weird audio echo

So whenever npc's have their dialogue it's always with this deep echo effect that makes it sound like they are in a tin can or something. I've tried messing around with sound effects in windows (enabling/disabling) with no success. just wondering if others have exp anything similar and if so any solutions they might have found?

Are you using usb sound or analog? And do u have any other 'surround' setup using as main sound for the game? Are u using an ap that can use surround and other effects besides your main sound? Are u using a headphone or speakers? What is your setup?

Are you using a Dualsense controller? It's possible you're hearing the audio from the controller.

Just USB Bose 2.1 PC speakers though windows 10 native with default settings. Nothing fancy or complicated.
