Can't open my save games after reinstall

So I had a few pc problems and had to reinstall some things including steam and games.
Since doing this I can't seem to load my save games.
This is extremely frustrating as I'm still on my first playthrough, 350 hours on ultra hard and practicall yat endgame.
Would anyone be able to shed some light on this? Happy to answer any questions, here's the screenies, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry if you returned the saves to the correct location I don't have any ideas. I don't know why they won't load.

I assume that you have tried several saves and that they are the manual, not the quick
save.

I see a lot of people are having this problem...

PS. You can try this, it's pretty long but sounds like he knows what he's talking about and it is straightforward to follow.

Ok, don't mess with the privacy & Security settings!
IF you have the game installed under Program Files / Steam and get "access errors", move it.

Saves: Where are they?
Documents\Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition\SomeLongNumber
make sure they are actually there.

You can also check the steam cloud using 3rd party app: SteamCloudFileManagerLite (IF it works)
Or from steam it self: https://store.steampowered.com/account/remotestorage (click the link Should open inn steam)

Thanks guys, tried these, neither worked, ah well! I guess I'll replay it.
At least this time on an easier setting, ultra hard is no joke on Forbidden West! :O
