I HATE Machine Strike

Att first thought this game mode would be fun, but its the total opposite, its pure torture

1. the AI refuses to do anything but wait for the player to make a mistake.
2. Even more annoying therei s no way to cancel aq move. If I accidentally overcharge, there is no undo option. This alone is what infuriates me more than anything else.

Just wait until you get the fireclaw piece later in the game and it's a lot easier from there

First time i see a Machine Strike post in the forums, so that's cool.

I usually simply take 3 pieces with High HP like (Snapmaw, Ravager, Skydrifter) which are a good combo to win all boards. I usualy use the Snapmaw to pull them from high ground and then kill them with the Ravager or Skydrifter. And both Snapmaw and Skydrifter have great reach. And the High HP means the contrahent can't get any points easily.

i never played that and i finished the whole game at least 2 times

You can cancel your move by pressing left control (if you're using KB/M). I was also worried about this until I decided I didn't accept that I couldn't cancel my move and start pressing buttons.

But, yeah, I had the exact same thought as you. "Oh, this will be fun! Oh...no, it's not."

you can also make the games ai feel way more consolish by forcing a clock speed on your cpu to below 2.2ghz

It's garbage. I just sit on the back row and wait for my turn to be over. Use overcharge constantly so try to hit the 7 points for the win. It's no Gwent, that's for sure.
