Apex Slaughterspine Heart

So it wont drop for me for an armor upgrade and it starting to get annoying i have load from last save i have restarted the game and restarted my computer and the game just won't drop the heart i know i'm killing the apex one as well so what is the issue I've kill the Slaughterspine about 20 times. Does anyone have an answer?

Nope, its a long and boring grind. But turn on Easy Loot to make it slightly less long dragged. (You can turn it on/off when ever you want, it want affect your saves)
