For me, voices are quite low compared to everything else even if I adjust the sliders to lower music and sfx

From the Windows start menu, type mmsys.cpl and press enter to open the sound device settings. Select your audio device and hit the Configure button to open the speaker config. Try selecting the Stereo option if available, then click the Next button through and try the game. If that fixes the audio, go back through the setting and select the 5.1/7.1 surround options (if available) and see how those behave. If the surround options cause audio problems, then that's an issue with your audio device configuration or software.
If you're managing audio settings only from the software made for your USB audio device, that might be your problem. The device needs to be properly configured through Windows' sound settings first.
Okay thx for that wall of text, but
Every other game works just fine. EVERY OTHER GAME. Even Horizon Zero Dawn works just fine. Same problem was with Last of us pc release but they fixed it in a week or two.
It's not just mine and this guy problem, if you use search and tap "audio/sound" in discussion theme's you'll see many topic's just like these one.
And probably you actually right and root of the problem is game doesnt naturally finds my 7.1 headset or other ppl sound systems, but its not our problem to solve. And i know they will fix it, its just sad that we are week and a half after release and that annoying problem still here
Sounds like your setup tends to cause this issue if you have had it before.
And no, it's not my rig, this is litterally the first time I have such issues. Every other game, movie, video, or program I use have no volume issues. At least none that can't be fixed by using Windows built-in loundness equalization, which in the case of HFW does squat.
We shouldn't have to use a third party app to enjoy the game, which is technically great in almost every other aspects.
