nvidia reflex on + boost drop performance?

I feel game sometime have terrible frame time cause game not smooth even frame rate is above 100+ using frame gen, after i try setting it seem set nvidia reflex on + boost might do something.
I also saw that with nvidia reflex on + boost frame rate is drop around 5-15 fps
Right now i using nvidia reflex on without boost i game is smooth, did anyone get this issues?

reflex+boost was consistently an issue in every game it's available in, I only use plain reflex and that works just fine

I found the game was smoother, and my frametimes reflected this after turning Reflex off entirely. I have a 3080/ with ReBar forced on through NVIDIA Inspector. The framerate was okay but the frametimes were spikey even with only reflex on.
