Fast travel stopped working

I cant't use fast travel.

I have pack supplies in my inventory.
I can't use fast travel from the map.
I can't use fast travel when I use campfires.
I have the message that "Fast travel function is off"

You can fast travel for free by using campfires, traveling from just anywhere uses one "Fast Travel Pack" consumable, you've probably run out. You can buy them from merchants or make them.

I suspect you didn't craft a fast travel pack or ran out of those bed roll things or weren't at a camp fire..

if you had any of those things and you still couldn't then it must be bugged.

Have you started a quest, like clearing a bandit camp, and then left the quest without finishing? The game will sometimes think that you're still in combat and not allow you to use the fast travel system.
