DLSS flicker
With DLSS set to Quality, I often notice flicker in cutscenes, mostly on people's clothes or equipment (DLAA has the same issue). It's very distracting. Switching to TAA or XeSS fixes the issue.

Unfortunately, TAA has a large performance cost (since it's rendering 100%) and XeSS doesn't look as good as DLSS.

Hopefully this gets fixed soon. TAA is the best compromise for now.

DLAA. Same performance cost with much better results than TAA.

DLAA suffers from the same flickering issue in cutscenes as DLSS. Forgot to mention my output resolution is 1440p. I can imagine that those playing 4K may not have this issue.

Try turning off depth of field, it always looks like crap with DLSS

It's already off. I know out-of-focus objects can flicker with DLSS.

The flickering I'm seeing is on people's clothing and armor (texture flicker). This is the only game where I've noticed this issue with DLSS.

I’ve noticed this as well

Nixxes ports always have some sort of weirdness with their DLSS

I'm using 2k with DLSS Quality as well, no flickering.
And native 2k + DLAA looks absolutely amazing without any kind of distracting aliasing.

Even cutscenes? DLSS is flawless during gameplay. Texture flickering for me only happens in cutscenes.

The game is currently unplayable from flickering and terrible graphic glitches.

Upgraded to DLSS 3.6 and most of the flickering is gone.

How did you upgrade to DLSS 3.6? I have the latest NVIDIA drivers (551.86). You can see my performance in the video above.

This issue appears to be related to DLSS upscaling. I am running at 4K with the Upscale Method turned off, the problem appears to have disappeared.

Here are the updated display settings:

- Dynamic Resolution Scaling: Off
- Anti-Aliasing: DLAA
- Upscale Method: Off
- Upscale Quality: Off
- DLSS Frame Generation: Off

Although I still see random texture flickering issues, it's significantly better than the previous glitches.

I hope the devs and NVIDIA sort out this stuff soon. :-/

Nexus Mods has the DLSS upgrade.

DLSS is separate from the drivers and you have to manually upgrade the DLL for each of your games. Nexus Mods has it but the best place to get it is from Power Up Tech which always hosts the latest version and many previous versions
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

Just drop the nvngx_dlss.dll file into the main directory of your game and overwrite the old one ..... In fact you can do this in all your games that use DLSS 2 or above. It's part of the reason DLSS is far superior to FSR and XeSS because you can get an instant upgrade by simply dropping in a newer DLL
