Capped at 60 FPS
I am currently trying to figure out why it is not allowing me to go over 60 fps. i have 4k 144hz monitor and other games allow me to run up to 144hz but not this game. The in game refresh rate does not have an option higher than 60.

solved my own problem. monitor was set to display port verison 1.2 instead of 1.4. windows wasnt picking it up as 144hz monitor.
