21:9 3440x1440 has permanent black bars on sides

For some reason when in cutscenes I have full ultrawide support with no blackbars (I've got the cutscene black bar setting disabled).
However, when in the actual game, I always have small but noticable black bars on both the left and right side, I'm estimating they are about 25px wide.

Any ideas?

I also have 3440x1440 but i do not have the problem you are discribing.
In the display settings there are windowed, full-screen and something like "always on fullscreen", that's what I have mine on and it's fine.

Set your aspect ratio not to 21:9 but to auto, I have the same resolution and it worked for me.

Thanks @Lord Antharg, I can confirm that changing it from '21:9' to 'Auto' solved it.
