Where i can change outfit?

Hello, I have a question...
Where can I change the outfit for the one that was pre-ordered? I couldn't find an NPC anywhere that would allow me to change the appearance of the armor... Thanks

Open your inventory and change there. If you're asking where to buy you have to find a merchant. The first you find is in chain break but locked until you complete a quest.

Preorder armour can be found in your stash, there's one in chain break as well.

The pre-order outfits will be in where your access materials will go to, but the outfits aren't usable until you get to the Burning Shores content.

i think you need to play the game for a bit until the residents of Chainscrape get back to work.
