anyone else havin issue with this relic place? for some reason when ever i touch the water, EVEN IF I DONT HOLD THE BATTERY, it just dies out, so when i put it on the box, n go into the water to push said box, the second i touch the water the battery just dies, meaning the relic is impossible to obtain

if anyone else has this issue tho, i have found a "work around" for it, basically sneaking into the water fixes the issue, but jumping into it just kills the battery even if ur not holding it, god knows why thats a thing tbh

Thanks for your tip, I'll try it out right away. I've been trying to solve the puzzle for 20 minutes and the battery dies every time I go into the water, even though it's on the box. This should definitely be fixed.

Unfortunately, sneaking into the water didn't solve the problem for me. The battery still dies. :steamfacepalm:

I did the puzzle last night. It works just fine as it did on the PS5.
Drop the box down. Put it in the corner. Grab the battery put in the box.
Move the box to the other side. DON'T use the pullcaster to move the box. DO IT old Tomb Raider style ;)

Ok, after trying every conceivable way, it just worked when I fell off the box into the water. The cell stayed intact and I was able to pull the box over. Why all the other attempts (and I also fell directly from the box into the water several times) didn't work is beyond me. This should be fixed immediately.
Yeah, it's a pain, but if I get in the water at the other end of the room, it works.

Yep, having trouble with this one right now. I'll keep trying the suggestions and hope one of them works.

for me, after dropping the cell onto the box, I "dropped to ledge" while still on the box, then dropped off the ledge (X on xbox controller, square on playstation) into the water and BOOM cell remains charged.

i hope the devs fix this soon because we should not have to do this at all

Interestingly, in other places charged cells have been showered with water for 1000 years and they don't mind. This one is probably broken because even water vapor short-circuits it. :)

There's a "notch" in the water, next to the battery charger. Put the box in the notch, put the battery on it, than walk around and pull the box to the other side. The game has horrible physics so the battery sticks to the box even on the incline. Mine did fall off on the other side once I stopped but at that point it didn't die.

Have you tried lowering the FPS to 60 or 30?

THIS WORKED!
I was going insane with this puzzle.

Thank you so much!

I've encountered an issue where the gleam on the wall to get the power cell isn't active, so I can't blow it up to get at the power cell.
