Aim assist

When i look up info about the difficulties in this game on the internet, it says on very hard and above aim assist is off. So is it a bug that its not greyed out in the settings as im playing on very hard? The game doesnt communicate via settings its off.

Also why does kb&m get reduced sens for aiming mode but gamepad players don't? Even in slow mo my aim sens is pretty high due to wanting fast camera movement when not aiming.

I didn't even know there was "aim assist" I'm playing on very hard as well.

it seems the only aim assist there is, is the arrow trajectory simply auto adjusting itself to hit my enemy.

Downside to this is if youre trying to shoot right next to a machine to hit something behind it, it simply auto adjusts itself to hit the machine.
