Dialogue cuts out in cutscenes

After some time in game, for whatever reason, all dialogue audio disappears, though other sound remains. Always at the start of a scene, frustratingly it's usually a story-critical scene too. Afterwards, even outside of scenes no dialogue is heard. Have to completely quit out of the game to get it back, unless there's another workaround I don't know yet.

You dont need a "shut up Ayloy" mod now.
