Cannot complete first hunting grounds trial

I am handing in the quest after completing the trail, i get a Quater Stripes Reward page, with 4 hunting medals... But no prompts to close this window. Pressing every button on my mouse or keyboard does not close this and i literally cannot continue the game without forcing a shut down.

I tried to hand it in again after a restart, but the same thing happens.

This bug only happens if the machines are still suspicious or aggressive (yellow or red indicator). Hide in some grass or simply walk away from the Hunting Ground (the latter will give you the rewards automatically).
