No Surround audio option

There is no option to change to surround or home cinema in the audio settings.. am i missing something?

I'm having the same issue. Can't find a way to get it to work with the home cinema.

You don't need the option. The game uses whatever the windows sound system is set to. However, it doesn't do spatial audio. It's working fine on my 7.1 system on all speakers.

I just played a movie and I can hear it from all the speakers. Launched the game and sounds from all now but I only changed audio from Spanish to English. I hope it's not that...

Yeah its automatically in surround for me which is my windows setting.

I have to set it to TV for it to work somewhat properly. Default and Headphone setting, for some reason, cuts out the audio. Even on TV, it's still not functioning properly as going into the map menu or skill menu eventually cuts out the audio which requires a restart.

Visually, the game is fantastic. The sound performance sucks for 7.1.

I use TV inside the game and on windows Dolby Atmos.

Hmm i see, it kinda works but not really.. which is why i was wondering about that
I hear the NPC's voice that follow me from behind from my front speakers instead of the ones that are behind me while i got a 7.1 speakers setup
In other games that i got, the surround works as expected
It takes me back to Cyberpunk 2077 all over again

It works when you have stereo or Atmos/DTS. As soon as I switch to 7.1, I lose audio.

I realy hope they fixing it atm. But its not in knowing issues and they didnt respond to me for two days already in sony support. Sad but im waiting, i dont wanna play it with stereo speakers. HZD worked just fine for me

Hi have similar problem with multichannel audio: there are problems with voices that are often overlapped by music.
My workaround is to lower the music volume, but it doesn't always work... i had to decide to turn on subtitles.
