End-user system stability (or rather, lack there of) has absolutely nothing at all to do with QA pass.
When QA encounter an issue like that, in lager companies they send affected PCs to their IT team for repair, because it's an end-user system stablity problem.
That's because not all games are equal.
You can get BSOD in 5 games, and no in 50 others.
That still mean your PC is unstable in some way during specific workloads.
Latest is 551.86, it's always better to post the actual version since "latest" doesn't really mean anything anymore (people get stuck in R460 family of drivers and their software says it's latest, same for Windows 10 updates for example).
Also, do keep in mind that drivers are a buggy pile of software just as much any anything else these days.
Go to Steam to Horizon Forbidden West settings > Manage > Browse local files
Right click on HorizonForbiddenWest executable > Properties
In Compatibility tab tick Run this program in compatibility mode for > Select Windows 8 in drop-down menu
