I do have several speaker setups
One in the movie room for well movies
another setup for music and another in my computer room.
But for playing games I almost always use wireless USB gaming headsets.
for me it provides better immersion.
for me atleast it is easier to tell where the sound is coming from quicker.
I know we are all different and what works good for me may not be acceptable for someone else.
Come on m8... why such a pole. I was not being rude or nasty towards you or anyone else.
I was just sharing my opinion about what works best 4 me.
I dont know what to say other than I am playing just fine.
With in game master volume turned down 10%, music volume turned down 20%
Windows volume is at 100%
And
Mixer volume is @ 84%
Same settings i use for just about every game.
Nothing seems odd with the game volume at all in any way.
So I tried with my Logitech z5500 and my Samsung Atmos surround setup and guess what it works just fine also, with a POS onboard sound chip.
I cant replicate the problems being reported here.
Have any of you here found a solution to your problem ?
maybe turned off the foot steps only EQ settings for Call of Duty
or perhaps
Turned off any extra 3D audio processing that maybe being applied by your audio hardware's software.
if it was an issue with the game, you think it would be posted every where by now !!
