fps drops and dlss no work
I have an RTX 3070 Ti, i7 11700f, 32GB RAM 3600 MHz, a 1TB SSD of 7500MB per second and the game on high goes at 40-50 fps and I'm playing in 2K, if I put it at 1080p it stays the same and no improvement, I did some tests and even if I activate the dlss the performance is the same, which does not happen to me in other games, only in this one and I have all the drivers updated, any solution?

FPS drops and hardly any FPS change when lowering resolution/using DLSS means that you're CPU bottlenecked.
You could instead try to increase your resolution or look which graphic settings are GPU heavy and increase those

If 8 gig solutions do not have enough video capacity, the game uses RAM, hence the frame drops

In no game does my CPU create a bottleneck with the GPU, not even in this one is everything used perfectly, the GPU at 100% and the CPU sometimes at 100% too

3070 ti dosnt have enough vram. Its a terrible card, I bought one on launch day and sold it in less than a year it was terrible.

I exceed the minimum and recommended requirements, I don't see why a 3050 has a stable 60 fps in 1440p and I me don't exceed 40

Even though it's terrible, the game should still work perfectly.
Hey man I had the same issue. What resolved it for me was going to the game in library, right click properties, controller and enable steam input. I'm not stuttering and no more fps drops anymore.

Change the Threaded Optimization setting in the NVIDIA Control Panel from auto to on

It might be lack of VRAM, you probably need to decrease texture quality to lower memory usage. Digital Foundry mentioned this in their video.

if you are using a dualsense you will get bad fps. use ds4windows and emulate a dualshock and your fps will double.

no bro, there are video cards with less vram that run the game better, even if I set the textures to low it works just as bad for me

having the similar issue on my 3070. for 2K I can get 60fps with dynamic resolution targetting 60, TAA with high setting, without the dynamic resolution it seem to be 50-60 depends on area. however DLSS does not make any improvement in fps what so ever, seem to be a bug.

I wasn't using either and the settings in steam helped.
