I'm playing at 4K with DRS targeting 60 fps and haven't had any real issues. 5800X3D, 7900XT and 32GB ram. I tried native 4K with no DRS but some heavy areas in the beginning have me at 55 fps. Since my OLED TV doesn't have VRR a 60 fps lock is necessary.
Sometimes it's OK to act like a responsible person, by taking the blame yourself instead of blaming everything else.
That kind of attitude will also help you in real life.
I was hoping for a stable 60fps. I think the 3080 should do it, but with the 10700K I am not sure. Played Plague Tale Requiem recently and had some stutters when moving camera, especially in crowded areas like towns with many NPCs. CPU load was much higher than GPU, so CPU was bottleneck here.
The game runs very well, 65-85 fps, playing 2K
But it's true that, during cutscenes, fps go down to 20. Weird.
9900k, 4070, installed on nvme drive and windows 10.
It clearly is a developper issue since my gpu drops fropm 170W to 50W.
Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce OC
2x16 GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600mhz cl18
Everything on maxed. 1440p, DLAA, no upscaling and no shade rating, No frame gen.
My lowest fps was under a cutscene for 1-2 seconds around 70. Otherwise im getting steady 90-110 fps open world
I dont understand these posts. The optimization is awesome.
