I have hard time believing that your 3050 GPU runs FSR. As that is a AMD driver specific option. So using FSR is same as disabling DLSS. To make the game less blurry you can tweak how strong the DLSS is from ultra performance to quality. then on top of that you can try using frame gen for better fps while tweaking around the sharpness setting to get better fps without making the game too blurry. If that isn't good for you then go into graphic settings and change few settings around like shadows terrain quality but that will make it less "pretty" Also check your cpu usage as 3050 isn't a bad gpu it might be a cpu bottleneck.
also if you're using a controller plug it in as there is a issues that makes the game perform less with wireless controllers.
that is all I know as of right now when it comes to improving performance for this game specifically.
god speed
Only DLSS is exclusive to NVIDIA Graphics cards.
The settings are set to low except textures which are on medium. I tried turning off shadows but the game looked god awful in certain areas like caves. They were stupid bright.
