We have modding tools for HZD and Death Stranding, which are also based on the Decima Engine, so it´s very likely that mods exist.

But that all is not official like with Cyberpunk 2077 for example.

They had a face rework for HZD within a month after release, but with the backlash that HFB received they might be faster than that this time.
