The only possible reason I'd even consider buying a PS5 Pro is if GTA VI has an extended console exclusivity period.

The idea that I would buy a PS5 Pro for Forbidden West is LOL worthy, as good as I expect FW to be it is not good enough for me to buy a $500 box for it. I don't think there's any Sony franchise I'd buy a box for.

Honestly HFW and the expansion were both very good. The open world is absolutely amazing in detail and the robot AI is very aggressive compared to the first game making them pretty fun to fight against. Human enemies are less aggressive but equally dangerous. The story is pretty good, and the characters are very well done. The character mocap is some of the best i have seen in any video game and the quality is great even with minor NPC interactions. You will be hard pressed to find a game that looks and plays as amazing as HFW, it really is THAT good.

Yes the game does have that open world busy work crap in it, but it can be easily ignored. Aside from that the game was pretty much flawless.

If you got a good PC that can play this at atleast 1440p high at 60fps then yeah a console is pointless. PS5 is for when you dont want to wait over a year for PS exclusives or can't afford a high end PC.

Anyways there is plenty of reviews online you can watch and do mind that was only on a PS5. I have a 7900x and a 4090, so yeah my excitement to push the game to its limits are pretty high. Not to mention the numerous mods that will make the game even better.

Exactly, DustStation is only valid if you are impatient and don't want to wait for exclusives. But there are so many games already on PC, that I can skip those exclusives or wait for them playing tons of other games.

PS5 has tons of games! Just not much exclusives 😛 You have cheaper games on PC than PS5, of course I am talking about new games, as second hand market can be cheaper, but it is same with resseler keyes and Sales...

I don't mind how she looks and I don' ttend to mod my games anyway. Onl ytim eI use mods is if the game has a characte rcreator o rsomething an dthat's only to expand my options on how I want my character to look. Bu ti fit'sa se tcharawcter like Aloy I tend to leave it. I just perfer using mouse and keyboard for games like this

That's me. Even tho I have the best PC money can buy I enjoy gaming on PS5 more. I work on PC all day and simply don't want to sit at a desk to play games, I also don't want to move the PC to the living room to play on the TV from the couch. 1st the controller must be connected by wire to PC to retain all of the functionality, 2nd you still need the mouse and keyboard and deal with windows and all the baggage that comes with PC gaming. I just want to relax on the couch, hit a button and be playing the game in less than 10 seconds. As long as the game on PS5 has 60 FPS mode that is all I need to have a great gaming experience. Yea my PC can render the game at higher resolution and FPS, so what?, can't tell the difference from 15' away on TV, only sitting close to a monitor at a desk. The overall final rendered image and visual experience for the user is almost identical. I'm probably going to give the 4090 away to my nephew and upgrade to RTX A6000 that is better suited for my work needs.

Check out the side by sides that shows the gigantic difference between PS5 & PC graphics, I mean the difference is so huge is like comparing PS5 to PS3 right?

Exclusive games released on PC, Xbox/DualSense can be used on PC, whats the point of paying so much money for console? Just for exclusives that will be released on PC sooner? If people are so desperate to play 2 souls game (Demon Souls and Bloodborne) then I guess they can pay for that console.

Honestly if they don't release Crash Team Racing next I might consider be one of them, buying PS5 for 1 game.

This kind of people I mentioned, are PURE CASUALS, with no PC knowledge and just want to play games not upgrading PC, and they are NOT even aware about exclusives! They buy first Console they get in store, or which one Sales man will recommend, and that's all.

Of course there are people who buy Consoles because of specific (exclusive) games, but they are in real minority comparing to casuals.
