uhm... why not? maybe because god of war and ghost of tsushima are from completely different devs!? you do know that sony isn't making all of the games, right!? they mostly publish them. horizon is yet another dev... so 3 devs and games that have nothing to do with each other, besides being on the same console.

Sony owns the devs that make GoW, Got and Horizon. In fact Sony's game studios regularly help each other and share techs. Also Nixxes (Sony) or Iron Galaxy do majority of the work when porting their games to PC.

Oh yes. Sony is just simple publisher trying to get by. They have no say in anything that development companies do, its not like sony is a parent company or anything. Also it's a pure coincidence that those games are sony exclusives because it's a normal practice for independent developers to realease their games only on one console, I guess they just had no time to port it to other platforms. I dont understand why people need to open their mouths when they dont know anything. And the sad part is that all you needed to do to not look like a dumbo was to open and skim through couple wikipedia pages

and now for an actual answer: Forbidden West released BEFORE GoW:R so that explains that one. As for GoT, I believe it was originally a PS4 game and was released BEFORE they made the promise to start porting all major IPs to pc a year(obviously they meant year-ish) after they came to PS5. I'm personally just happy to get a chance to play them and am glad they aren't using Iron Galaxy again *cough*TLOU*cough*. It seems they are going to stick with using nixxies (which I believe they now own) from now on which means they can only churn them out so fast.

Gow ragnarok just came out last year on PS5 so it's likely going to take another year or more for the PC port. As far as GoT they might release it after Forbidden West sometime next year.

I would think Ghost of Tsushima will be timed to coincide with the movie (directed by Chad Stahelski btw).

Ragnarok would probably be a year or two from now.

patience my youngling you must learn
They're prob gono release the 2nd GoT, and then a remastered of the first one and their other games, and then we get the remastered ones on PC later. I don't understand them either, like why is there a last of us part 2 remastered coming out...

forbidden west came out in early 2022, now it's coming out in early 2024, so maybe god of war ragnarok will come out in late 2024 or early 2025 perhaps?
