I would rather wait for confirmation but you might need to upgrade to this rumored stronger steam deck v2 or just play on PC.
Because, these games are not made on Unreal Engine so they need to literally come with the graphics settings and the smart solutions to optimize the code for PC. the more they do, the better the game will run.
For example: I can run RE4R at a very high graphics setting on 30fps because of how good and well optmized the game is for PC.
If Guerrilla gives the ♥♥♥♥ you button for the game though, I doubt it will work.
Remember: It's not about when the game was released or what platform it was using or how powerful the PS5 is. It's about optimization. This game is beautiful and well optimized for PS4, that's why the DLC not running on PS4 is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
A good optimized port will run even on a GTX 1060, if they do it well, since I can produce better graphics and quallty than my PS4 with my current setup in games like Resident Evil 4 Remake.
So yeah, let's hope Guerrilla works their ass off to make this port a good port, because if they go the FF7 Remake route, I will be worried.
PS4 version was made for PS4, the PC port will be based on the PS5 version. So no, it will not run as well as God of War. Also, the DLC was made exclusively for PS5.
