It will come when the God of War TV show releases.
Same with Ghost of Tsushima, that will most likely come to PC when the movie is finished.
I'm also guessing that The Last of Us part 2 will come to PC when season 2 of the HBO show comes out.

But HBO says season 2 put a hold of the show, my bet part 2 will be next year whenever the show comes or not

The writers strike ended.
Was it put on hold for that? If so, then it will probably go back into production soon.
