No, but why would you want to?
Shame they didn't give us the option to have a more traditional MMO interface/control system. I know it's optimised for consoles, but having both choices would have been nice for a portion of the market.
I'll get by I guess. The game looks lovely, i must say, even if the missions so far have been a bit ho-hum.
I wish! :D
My fingers do, but that comes with having played games (Not MMOs, I didn't start getting into MMOs until just a couple years ago) on PC since I was just a kid. (I played Doom when I was 6!) Not to mention consoles since before that. (I can't even remember what age I was when I first played Super Mario World) I can't type without looking at the keyboard, but when I'm gaming I know where everything is through intuition alone.
Whoever said you don't learn from gaming is a damn dirty liar.
Well this isn't a traditional MMO, is it? it's much more action oriented, a traditional MMO interface simply wouldn't work.
The cool missions, the raids, the real alerts, what have you, those don't start until level 30. Most people consider levels 1 through 29 to be just an extended tutorial, and that 30 is when the game really begins.
Thank you for the tip on how to group. I don't want to argue with you about interfaces or all that 'raiding is where the game begins' stuff, though, if you don't mind. We can agree to differ, I'm sure. If the missions are dull, Im not losing anything by uninstalling.
You haven't even hit level 10, you've barely played the game at all. You're quitting so quickly?
What i meant was: i'll continue to play for free, following the mission chains I'm given, and if the game's narrative stops maintaining my interest, I'll stop playing. Literally uninstalling probably won't be an issue as I've got more HD space than i know what to do with at present, but there are happily loads of f2p MMOs out now, so I have a lot of alternatives.
I've never played SW:TOR so I can't comment on that game.
how do u get to see other players in DCUO
after all it is an online MMO
well i guess i am still on level 3 i think its kinda HARD T_T
My friends and I will probably be moving on to another F2P game soon, I think.
DCUO looks awesome, and it's really stable, which is great, but there's not much to it apart from a button masher, sadly, it seems to us at least.
Well the thing is finding to people to play with. I play with my gf and a few friends when they get on. People do spam looking for a group all the time but when i do it i never get a reply. but if you are interested in playing with me you can add me to friends and we can roam aroud being super and what no.
The problem is you're asking in LFG and Trade. Ask in Shout, that's where people will help you.
