If you got Batman/Joker as a mentor, you can earn some rare styles that people with other mentors can only get through borker or alts with this mentors - Robot Joker mask and Robot Batman mask(though batman one is actually a drop at the batcave raid and everyone can get it at the later progression). Other than that it's up for a personal taste.

I would go wonder woman. At least then you can get her feats out of the way. And since almost everyone choose batman/superman it will be easy to get someone to get you into their missions. Just my thought..
