one of the major things ive noticed in dcuo, is the variations on how you are able to go about things. this ranges from everything from looks/styles, to your skill loadout. there will be people who will say "use this skill" or "use this weapon with this class" - but you can only take that information so far. DCUO is very much skill based when it comes to the combat. just keep playing around with different weapons, and skills, to find a nice playstyle that suits you best for solos when you solo, find a good party, and maybe even a different loadout that suits a raid party (when u get that far). reskilling is one of the cheapest things in the game, so have at that as much as you want!
but sorcery is preety good I think
Come to think of it, Nature and Sorcery DPS are pretty few and far in between, aren't they? They almost all spec into healers.
I have T4 toons on both hero and villain side. Now working on my T5 gear and been playing for a couple of years. I've tried several weapons and I did find that blasters aren't good in a mob.
One place I tell people in my league to check out is: http://dcuo.mmorpg-life.com/guides/
Another place is YouTube. Here's a search I did to get you started: http://www.google.ca/search?q=youtube+dcuo+nature+loadouts&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
