im on pc and my brother is on ps5 how do we add eachother

Make sure you are on the same server and faction. PC players can pick server in the launcher (it's US by default) and for PS players the server is based on PS account. If you want to play together from the start, make sure you pick the same mentor as well to have the same starting quests. To invite someone in the group, you can either type /invite "character name" in chat or use Social menu, which is F4 by default on PC.
