i have an old account fro ps3 from way back how do i log into it on pc?

it's only letting me use my usernames associated with my email and not my email. every account i log into on pc it wants me to make a new character? how do i skip this since i have several high level high sp characters from the playstation days?

my account is the same so my characters should still be there? did they do something semi-recently?

or am i cursed to play this on console if i want to retain playing my characters with all the dlc i paid for in the past?

Even though the servers are shared, PC and PS accounts are separated from each other so you'll have to play on PS4 or 5 if you want to play on your PS account.

Pretty much the same thing aside from Xbox server being for Xbox only.

everyone connects to the same servers because it's all crossplay. i'm not sure why i can't log into my psn account with the same information on pc and use my characters there. that doesn't make sense why they wouldn't let you. but then again they allow real life crimes to be committed in their game so go figure that they can't get that right.

You can't get a free copy of the game from one system to another lol. Why would they allow that?

Yea you can't transfer accounts from console to PC, even if your on the same region since their storage servers are based separately from console vs PC. But your able to play with the same people as long as your on the same region from PC to PS consoles. But you can't play with people from PC to Xbox. It's a bit stupid but I had tried in the past as well since I used to play DCUO on PS3 then PS4 then PC but you can use the same account but "character wise" you'll have to make new characters again.

You cant move your characters from platform to platform, each one has different coding.

Was there a change? I first started playing dcuo on ps3, then on ps4 and now on pc, I've never had to use another account, Same account on all 3.

you can't transfer your characters between platform. sorry dude. the upside though is that all expansions and DLC are free including upcoming ones.
