Unable to start marketplace?

So ill open the marketplace but when its loading it just freezes then after a little bit comes back to normal telling me it cant start the marketplace, anyway to fix this all i need is a power change token thingy :S

Check if DCUO is allowed in your security software and start it with admin rights. Make sure you have no programs running in the background that could interfere.
