Just made a account and cant log in I have verifed my email but get this error

Getting the same error. Would love to play the game but can't even figure out what do to about that. Sent in a ticket to support and waiting for their response.

So I just communicated with Daybreak Support and they helped fixed my problem, try these steps below.

Reset your password first if that doesn't work go to step 1.

1. Go to your game's folder and find the file "Launchpad-user.ini" and delete it.

2. Open the launchpad.libs folder, then delete the folder named launchpad.cache

3. Navigate to C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow and delete the entire "Daybreak Game Company" and "Sony Online Entertainment" folders. (These folders are flagged as "Hidden" - you will need to enable the "View Hidden Files and Folders" option in the Folder Options menu of your Windows Explorer)

After that, try accessing the game once again.

This should help fixing the problem. If not then contact Daybreak Support!

I'm getting the exact same thing, tried the above fix and now I'm getting a 'Launchpad was unable to connect' error

Having to do all that is a joke if you ask me.

Why cant they have a working product.

All i've done is downloaded the game and made a account.

I agree with Kvatch. If they want the money from possible purchases, then they should make the product useable. ah well, delete and move on.

I had the same issue. I tried to install it through the game's website and it seemed to work that way.
