CR. Question

I wanted to get back into this game; but the last time I played it a couple years ago -- I was going to go for like the older feats, for example the feats in the Striker Island raid/alert. But when I loaded in, my CR was tide locked to 80 when my gear was at 200-something, I can't remember the number. Making it absolutely impossible to go back and collect old feats of raids and stuff no one run anymore. Was this reverted or is it still a thing? Asking before I try and re-install the game again.

did hear they changed the from free current cr to locked the cr for raids and old content meaning it level sync you to the highet cr/level at the time, and so far it is been like that who know if future update will change it as they are planning a party of 1 for raids
