The Healing Touch (Steam!!!!!! achievement)- Healer role required

Hello, I've been playing with my friend who tries to get the achievement for steam (The Healing Touch), he chose Electriciy as power, and reached level 10- however, no feat ingame OR Steam achievement has been granted.
Just wanted to confirm, that it is deffinetly going to unlock when he reaches level 30 on Electricity character ? (I play via launcher myself, so I cant test it atm)

I think you need to relog for that feat to pop so your friend will probably get both feat and achievement next time the character is in the game.
