Are there Asian servers?

I've heard discussions about this game having European and American servers, but what about in Asia? I live in Thailand, and I'm not sure if they have a server in which i can play. And if they do not, then I believe that is a serious problem that DCUO needs to fix immediately.

The only servers region-wise are Us and Eu, but as far as I know there are no restrictions to play on any of them.
