question about world pvp

hi all im in lvl 20, but i love some pvp.. i go to open world for some and feel like a emply town lol

is any other way for do pvp? im kinda new

PVP part of this game have not been updated in years and therefore kind of dead.

There are few ways to PVP, but your best bet and the most balanced PVP this game can offer would be Legends PVP, where you play as one of DC characters with set stats, weapon and powers. To queue up for it, you need a legends character (1 of which you should get pretty early on by mail or can get from https://dcuniverseonline.fandom.com/wiki/Future_Lex_Luthor_(Vendor) ) and then use your on duty menu by pressing Y->Custom play->Legends->Select character->Select all the maps->Start Queue.

There are also arenas which are located in PVP tab of on duty;
duels, which mode you can activate by F1->Activate Duel Mode and then anyone can interact with your character to invite you to duel;
there is occasional diamond heist event in Gotham and ring war event in Metropolis (both have on screen notification when they start, and you are in that area) which will activate PVP flag on anyone who will participate in them;
and there is a PVP phase with PVP flag always being on, but to go to that phase you need to get to watchtower/hall of doom first and then use phase shifter there - by default everyone starts in PVE phase.

With you just starting, all of those (aside from legends) will probably end pretty quickly, and the last 2 will most likely not have any people at all.
