Error 0x000E,5,0

Started to get this one - can't log in. Says the world is down for maintainance, error 0x000E,5,0. What can I do?

The problem just disappeared. And the suppord dude was like - oh I see you're already playing despite the problem. Pretty sure they did something, just didn't tell me at all

They do the maintenance every day, you can find specific times somewhere but after like 10 - 45 min it's usually over. That is usually when I go take my naps and brush teeth.

Shouldn't they warn the players about it though?

They do maybe you turned off the system messages in chat because it warns you in game maybe 30 min before all the way down to 1 min. Not to mention it is done around the same time everyday and the official website does post the maintenance times. I haven't personally gone to check with this game but every mmo does so that last part I just assume.

Well, you assume wrong. Sure, I see the messages before the servers go down for maintenance. But those are random, there is no info anywhere. And if you dig deeper you will see I'm not the only one having this trouble.
