Why DCUO suck on the Switch (why is not playable)
So I had a switch and 1 of the main reasons I got it was to play DCUO on it... Well

The devs did a horrible job porting the game, since the graphics are running on "medium" but the resolution of the game is under native resolution making everything look small on the screen... I have over 1000 hours on PS3 and 135 here.... 2 on the switch was the most i could do... suck that things are never good enough

DCUO is max graphical settings and 60fps easy on the steam deck. i was super disappointed in the switch version too, but the steam deck can run it full on maxed.

Its not really the devs fault, the switch is not exactly a powerhouse when it comes to hardware. Many games have had to make compromises to run on it.

Even the steam deck, which is way more powerful, quite a few games are having to make compromises.

I agree but is a not a performance issue the resolution thing, many devs sacrifice native resolution for higher graphics and since they aren't the 1 playing the game they don't realize that lower graphics and native resolution offer higher replayablity
