How do you request refund???

Ok I got scammed by their power bundle dlc on here payed $30 bucks expecting to get the powers & get upgraded from f2p to premium but it didnt I got the powers but still f2p filed a ticket and 5 days later these idiots sent this :

Hello,

Steam Bundles do not include Premium status. They only include what is shown on the bundle. You would only get Premium status if you buy and then spend 500 Daybreak cash.

I recently purchased though Steam the "All Powers Bundle" for $30 for my account and it didn't upgrade my account from Free-to-play to Premium was wanting to know if this can be fixed or is it a major glitch or something?!?!

So basicly I want to get a refund on this bundle and get as far away from this company & game as I can get, So if anyone knows anything on getting this refund could you point me in that direction...

I think... you may want to stick with the bundle you bought, then down the road put in 5 bucks for something else and get premium. I wouldn't walk away from the game just due to the experience you had. But if I recall, you cant refund DLCs for games. I am not certain, though.
