CD code doesn't work?

I bought power bundle DLC last year and I have CD code for that. I deleted game last year also but now I downloaded again and I'm entering my CD code but it says ''it's been used or expired'' how can a DLC expired and it's been used by me??? please help I want to use my DLC again
