Ultimate Dcuo Graphic Tutorial (Epic)
First,hi everybody. in this tutorial ill try my best to explain how to get the best graphics from scuo by usig simple trick an one program called enb, this is it can look
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xI1VuWoqrYM&list=UU_afB_62y_A3rar3OlAVumA

1.lets start with the main game graphic option. Max everything out, exept for the vsync turn the vsync off.thats it for the in game settings.

2.exit the game and go to your video card control pannel.
replace everything from the game by the control pannel option, like you use the videocard antialiasing, the video card anisothrope filter, the video card texture rendering, video card card vsync, turn everything on and put eveything to hih quality.i use the adaptive vsync and i get a stable60 fps.

3.download a program called enb here http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0254.html
its the skyrim version of enb but its working,i take this one cuz this one has the more options
this program is an post processing effect injector that inject effect luike more realistic shadow more realistic reflexion, less pixelisation, more super sampling ambien occlusion thats make the inmage look very sharp and clean it also remove blurness.to install it,just unrar it take everything in the wrapped folder and put it in the unreal3/binary/win32 in your dcuo folder game and you will be able to modified the option in a menu in game to make it look the way you want.. you will see some wrintin in top corner of your screen once you load the game, that to let you know that the programe as detected the enb.

4.open your document,my game, dcuo and open the setting xml file with notepad.put texture quality to 0 instead of 1 and the resolution to 1920 x1080 instead of 720p. save exit and make ths xml a read only file.
open the game and have fun,the game may take a few more second to load due to the enb.

i will post my enb configuration in a future post if someone is interested.

Thanks it works a treat :). would like to see your settings though, theres quite a few settings I have no idea what they do or whats best for the game.

Unlike Skyrim you can get banned for cheating when you modify DC Universe Online.

Points 1. and 2. are no problem and I recommend them too, but the rest that modifies the game... not worth risking an account ban.

it just changes the graphics though, seems harsh to ban people :(

All you really need is point 1 and 2 really. Just to be on the safe side I agree with lady not worth it to take the risk.

Actually it doesn´t change anything on the game.
Simplified, ENB/SweetFX is a mod to the graphics drivers.

We should ask the Devs on the original forum though.

I know the stance in Guild Wars 2 was that they allow but don´t support it.

I´m a bit skeptical towards it though.
I hardly notice a difference unless the saturation has been dialed up to riddiculous levels.

I can't adjust any of the enb setting in-game... I click something and nothing happens. How do I fix this?
