every game that has a sub based system like this has their ruling set up so that if you dont cancel before the auto renew date your out of luck

i think ppl want a dissatisfaction refund, but the law doesn't provide for it, it is non-refund; they could offer that, but why? don't buy the crack if you don't like how it smokes

often a game time card is another option, usually 2 months at a time, 60 days; no renewal

thats why i like how SWTOR handles their subs they have one that you pay 2 months up front and dont have to worry about auto renew and then they got the normal with the auto renew
