lvl cap

is the max lvl still 30? i played it back when it first came out so i dont know whats changed

The level cap is still 30. However, the game turns its attention to your gear score once you hit 30. It assigns you a combat rating (cr) based on the gear you are wearing and that essentially becomes your "level". You can't access more difficult instances unless you meet the minimum combat rating for that content. I'm not sure what the highest CR is since a new episode was released but the old max was around 263.
