Server: US, EU Not entitled?

Okay just downloaded this and I am already having issues with the game... I made a new account, varified my email, and then tried signing in. It did not work and gave me some annoying "ATTENTION!" messages and it said US Server, EU Server at the top and below that is said "-NOT ENTITLED" I tried looking for help online but it seems every thing I have looked at no one gave a clear answer and I was thinking about messaging them for help but then I figured they will take forever like most of the companies to actually reply and help me, so I am asking the community for help first before I potentially waste my time waiting for an answer to a question that I need to try and fix right now. Any help on how to fix this problem with the sign in will be appreiciated.

Well it would appear that where you are you are not entitled to access the eu servers, just the us ones.

This is ususally something to do with the laws of the country your in.

Honestly thought your better off contacting them as either way its an account issue, and no-one on here can help with account issues.
