Report a translation problem
The problem is not your SSD. The drive you use defines how long you are waiting in loading screens. That's all.
The stuttering comes from lack of native driver support with GTX and newer graphiccards. Basically, the drivers override the game's FPS limiter and run it at 200 FPS or even more. The engine becomes unstable and the image stutters.
Use the NVIDIA profile inpector to set the limit in the DCUO profile to 63 FPS. You can also enable Texture FIltering and Anti-Aliasing if you like that.
The audio issues might come from the other fixes you tried.
As for the other fixes, I reinstalled Windows yesterday, so I hope that got rid of all the tampering I did. The audio issues started happening right after I installed my SSD for some reason... I don't know how that would even affect the audio, but it made me think that I messed up something during the installation process.
