Missing Characters!!!!!!!!!

I had two characters(30 lvl and 28or somthing like that) and I haven't played the game in like 2 years. Now when I try to play the game I can't see my 2 characters and it automatically directs me to the create a new character screen.

Is it possible to get my characters back somehow?

It seems like the only way to do so is by contacting daybreaks support.

Or check the servers, When I changed them I found my original characters, you can have 2 characters on the us server and 2 on the eu server.

Its kind of a way around the having only 2 character slots, I use the US for my villians and the EU for my heroes :)

You change your server on the splash screen before you click play, at the bottom left hand side is should say server, then either eu or US, just click on it and check the other server :)

Oh yeah i think they delete profiles after a certain time period.

Oh yeah i think they delete profiles after a certain time period.

Last time i quit the game i took a one year break and after i came back the characters were still there, so i don't think so...according to my knowledge anyway.

I did not play for almost 2 years, my characters were still there, I just had to change servers to find them,
